What you need to provide.

Bare metal, VMware, OpenStack, Proxmox: Hyperfluid installs on what you already run. We do not run a datacenter for you.

An identity provider
Yours, federated over OIDC. Accounts stay managed where they already are.

It depends on the services you enable and on your volumes. We scope it with you rather than publish a number that would not hold for your case.
